HOW TO WEAR: One can place the shirt overhead and pull down like a normal tank. The other is to step into the garment, hold both straps of the shirt and step into the garment. Pull up the garment and slide arms through armhole and adjust for comfort. The other is to invert the garment and pull up the bottom of the garment up to your waist, grab the straps from below and pull up to below shoulder level and insert arms and adjust.

Great Deal Great Fit

These binders are a greeat fit, comfortable and durable. Glad I got the 3pack, great deal and plenty to last between wearings and washings. Can't beat it!

Measure Your Chest

First take a snug measurement under the bust line with a tape measure. Next take another measurement over the fullest part of your chest. Again not too tight but not too loose. Take the average of these two measurement and apply the result to the scale provided below.

HOW TO WEAR

Hold both straps of the shirt and step into the garment. Pull up the garment and slide arms through armhole and adjust for comfort.

HOW TO CARE

Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.

HOW TO CARE

You may hand wash or machine wash your binders but only in cold water. Use gentle cycle when machine washing. Do not iron. Do not place the garment near of any kind of heat source. Do not use any kind of bleach. Drip dry and flat dry. Do not Place your binder in the dryer.
